Ready to Book ?

1.) Please contact us for availability.

2.) Once we confirm availability for your charter, a Charter contract will be e-mailed to you.

3.) In order to secure your reservation , you will need to return the signed contract, along with a 50% deposit within 7 working days.

If your deposit and contract are not received within this time period, and you have not made any arrangements to extend the time frame, your dates will no longer be held for you.

The balance due will be payable (45) days in advance of the start of the charter.

4.) You can now proceed to buy your airline tickets.

5.) A preference beverage and food form will be e-mailed to you. Please fill it out returned at your earliest convenience. Based on your preferences, your crew will begin the preparation for your charter.

Travel Insurance:

We suggest that all of our charter guests consider purchasing travel insurance for protection against cancellation penalties in the event that you must cancel your charter for unforeseeable circumstances, including health and weather.

Cancellations:

We fully understand that unexpected things happen, plans change and you may need to cancel your charter. In the event of cancellation, we will refund all your monies paid less a 25% cancellation fee of the total charter rate. This fee is usually covered by your travel insurance, if you've got one. The cancellation fee can be fully credited towards a future charter within one year.
